01Which package do my kicks need?
Start with what you see. Dirt, grease, stains and everyday wear: NYC. Chipped or faded paint on the uppers or midsoles: Miami. Yellowed soles or soles that are starting to separate: Colombia. Every pair is different, so if you are between two, send a few photos and Kelechi will point you to the right one.
02What is the difference between NYC, Miami and Colombia?
NYC ($75) is the deep clean: dirt, grease and stain removal, plus the marks that come from normal wear. Miami ($120) is everything in NYC plus repainting of the uppers and midsoles. Colombia ($160) is a deep clean plus re-gluing soles and sole whitening.
03My sneakers are yellow, chipped or coming apart. Are they finished?
Not necessarily. Yellowing, chipped paint and separating soles are exactly the problems the K3 packages are built around. Kelechi has seen sneakers in some of the worst conditions. Send photos and he will tell you honestly what is possible for your pair.
04How do I buy a package?
Choose your package, review what it includes, and add it to your cart in the K3 online store. Checkout is completed securely through the store.
05What happens after I order?
Include as much detail as you can about your pair in your order notes. If you have questions about getting your sneakers to Kelechi, request an estimate and include your order details. Estimate requests are answered within 24 to 48 hours, and you can always message K3 on Instagram.
06Can I talk to Kelechi before I buy?
Yes. Consultations are available in person or virtually. Request an estimate with a description and photos of your pair. You can always reach K3 on Instagram too.
